I never blog. :)

I never blog anymore. I really do enjoy the thought of blogging...and I think I really would blog more if I could get on while I was at school. I feel like I'm there all of the time and it might be a nice break for me to get online and blog a bit.

Tonight, Dustin and I are babysitting Ansley for Matt and Dev. I love this kid. Seriously. Sometimes I think I want a kid, but really what I think I mean is that I want this kid. I love being married and most of the time I love that it is just Dustin and me. He is such a great husband, and I think I just might possibly be the happiest I've ever been in my whole life.

I can't believe my 5th grade year is 1/4 over. I seriously love it. I'm made for the upper grades.

Lately, I've been burdened with the need to memorize scripture. I've been thinking lately how much scripture I already do have memorized and I'm so thankful for sunday school, awanas, PBC, and all of the other venues that encouraged me to memorize scripture. Dustin and I decided to hold each other accountable at memorizing scripture. We're starting with Philippians 3:12-13 to start us off. In light of our moving to camp as full time missionaries, we thought it was appropriate. :)

12 I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. 13 No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead

Here's to looking forward to what lies ahead. :)

Until next time...
